Oat Bars


  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Sultanas
  • ½ cup Wholemeal Self-Raising Flour
  • ½ cup Raw Sugar
  • ½ cup Coconut
  • 150g Butter
  • 2 Tbs Honey
  • 1 Egg


Preheat oven to 160C

Prepare baking tray.

In a mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

In a small saucepan, melt butter, then add honey.

Allow mixture to cool before adding egg.

Pour mixture into baking tray.

Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.

Cut into bars while hot.

Allow to cool before removing from tray.
