Adzuki Beans and Beef


  • 1/2 kg beef cuts
  • 4 cups adzuki beans – soak overnight

  • 1 onion and garlic

  • 5 mushrooms

  • 1 corn
  • 1 leek
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 fresh tomatoes

  • Some thyme, oregano, rosemary, parsley, bay leaf, chilli, beef stock and some cornflour to thicken


This whole recipe can be made in slowcooker or in stew put in meat, add later onion, mushroom, carrot, celery, corn, tomatoes and all herbs.

All quantities can be done to what taste you prefer the most.
