Organic Adzuki Beans

 

Adzuki beans are slow maturing in our climate which gives them good colour and taste and are higher in minerals, protein and soluble fibre.

 

They need to be soaked overnight (12 hours) in water. The Japanese use it for dessert but we use it in our soups, stews and bean dishes.
