Quinoa with Kale and Sausage Bake

2 cups Quinoa

Kale

1 onion

Some walnuts

Gluten-free sausages

Creamcheese/Yoghurt

Jammy medium old dutch/gouda cheese  

 

Bake sausages

When finish cook onion in the same sauce.

Wash and cook Quinoa - 10min.

Wash and cook kale lightly.

Put kale and onion together, slice sausages and onion, put on top kale put on top sausages Quinoa, put on top creamcheese//yoghert with some medium old cheese on top.

Bake in oven for 30 min on high until cheese is slighty brown - if you have used yoghurt you can eat as salad.
