Oat Bars

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup sultanas

½ cup wholemeal self-raising flour

½ cup raw sugar

½ cup coconut

300g butter

2 tablespoon honey

1 egg


Combine: first 5 ingredients.  

Melt butter, add honey and but in all other ingredients.

Put in lamington tin.  

Bake in oven for  20 minutes on 160 or until golden brown.  

Cut into bars while hot, remove from tin when cold.
